Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orvuse. We want your order to arrive exactly as expected. This policy explains when returns, refunds, and replacements may be available.
Because ClearDry™ is a personal hygiene product, opened or used devices are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Unopened Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- unopened
- in its original packaging
- in the same condition received
- returned with proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unopened returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Hygiene Product Limitation
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used ClearDry™ devices cannot be returned for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
This includes situations where:
- the device has been opened
- the device has been used
- the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been removed
- the customer no longer wants the item after trying it
- the customer dislikes the feeling of the routine after use
This limitation does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if applicable consumer protection laws require a remedy.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, not working, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@orvuse.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos or video showing the problem
- photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the issue and applicable law.
4. Australia Customers
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major problem or fails to meet a consumer guarantee. However, under Australian consumer law, a business is generally not required to provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind, finds the product cheaper elsewhere, or decides they do not like or need the product.
5. European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the product has been unsealed after delivery.
Because ClearDry™ is a personal hygiene product, opened or unsealed devices may not be eligible for return under this hygiene exception unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.
If you exercise a valid EU withdrawal right for an eligible unopened item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and return it within 14 days of notifying us. Unless required otherwise by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Canada Customers
Canadian return rights may vary by province or territory. Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept opened or used hygiene product returns for change of mind or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match what was ordered, contact us at support@orvuse.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
7. United States Customers
For U.S. customers, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
Opened or used ClearDry™ devices are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible unopened returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
9. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- opened or used ClearDry™ devices
- items with broken hygiene seals or removed protective packaging
- items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions
- items returned without approval
- final sale items, unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law
11. How to Start a Return
To request a return or report an issue, email us at support@orvuse.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
12. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country, state, province, or territory.
